Hit Preless is delivering the interior fit-out of Delavska hranilnica’s new offices in the Vilharia building, next to the main railway and bus station in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Across six floors, from the ground floor to the fifth, we are providing the complete interior: custom furniture manufactured in our own facility in Medvode, tea kitchens, acoustic and timber wall cladding, and workstation furniture. Installation is progressing floor by floor.

Scope of the office fit-out

The project covers everything a modern office needs, from the reception area to the workstations:

• custom furniture: reception desks, wardrobes, cabinets and built-in units,
• tea kitchens on each floor,
• acoustic and timber wall cladding,
• height-adjustable desks,
• wayfinding and environmental graphics,
• curtains and planting.

Materials, colours and details are coordinated across all floors, so the offices read as one consistent interior.

Custom furniture made in Medvode

The custom furniture is made in our production facility in Medvode, near Ljubljana. Before manufacturing starts, we prepare shop drawings and check them against site dimensions, building services and the other trades. Built-in units then fit walls, columns and openings exactly.

Installation floor by floor

On a multi-storey project, sequencing matters as much as manufacturing. We deliver with our own vehicles and install with our own crew, one floor at a time. The client has a single point of contact who coordinates production, delivery and installation.

A second project at Vilharia

Vilharia is a new office building in central Ljubljana, designed by the Danish practice Schmidt Hammer Lassen. In the same building, we manufactured and installed custom furniture and veneer acoustic solutions for the Generali offices. More completed work is shown in our project references.

Heka Interior, NOX Interier and Hotel NOX

We develop office furniture under our own brand, Heka Interior. Its website explains how an office fit-out with Heka runs from concept to installation and presents the office furniture range.
