Hit Preless is delivering the hotel interior fit-out for the four-star hotel on the northern side of Emonika, a new city district next to the main railway and bus station in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Emonika is being developed by Mendota Invest and combines apartments, offices, a shopping centre and two hotels. Our scope is the interior of the guest rooms, public areas and corridors.
Coordination on site
Hotel furniture is installed once construction and building services work in the rooms is complete. We therefore align installation with the main contractor’s programme and the other trades in the building, and hand over areas step by step as they are finished.
Hotel interior fit-out from a single source
On hotel projects, we bring together stages that are often split between several suppliers:
- planning and shop drawings,
- custom furniture from our production facility in Medvode,
- lighting and floor finishes,
- delivery with our own vehicles and installation by our own crew.
Materials and details stay consistent in every room, and the client deals with one contractor. Because the scope also covers public areas and corridors, we coordinate furniture, lighting and floor finishes throughout the hotel. We describe the process in how a hotel room is furnished in six steps.
More than 30 years of hotel projects
For more than 30 years, Hit Preless has fitted out hotels in Slovenia and across Europe, for clients including Marriott, Radisson Blu and NH Hotels. Selected projects are listed in our references. Architects and investors can also visit our Room 102 in Munich.

Hotel NOX, NOX Interier and Heka Interior
In Ljubljana, our hotel interiors can be seen at Hotel NOX, which also serves as the group’s reference project. Next to the hotel is the NOX Interier furniture showroom. For offices and work areas, including those in hotels, we develop furniture under the Heka Interior brand, from office chairs to a complete office fit-out.
